What is Semptify?

A Word About Bad Landlords
Yes, bad landlords exist. Landlords who ignore repairs, who illegally enter your home, who retaliate when you complain, who try to keep security deposits they have no right to. When that happens, tenants deserve to know their options and have the documentation to prove what happened.
But we're not interested in fighting for the sake of fighting. We're not trying to "get" anyone. We're trying to help good people document the truth and understand their options. If that documentation exposes wrongdoing, so be it. The truth should speak for itself.
Semptify doesn't draw attention to itself. We draw attention to what's right. If you're a tenant doing what you're supposed to do and your landlord isn't, your journal will reflect that. If it's the other way around... well, that will be clear too.
