Semptify is a tenant rights organization building technology to protect and advance lawful tenant rights through documentation, education, and evidence preservation.
We are on the side of tenants — always. We advocate for tenants exercising their legal rights, not tenants breaking the law. Our tools help renters document their tenancy, understand their rights, and protect themselves when something goes wrong.
What We Believe
We are on the side of tenants who are following the law. Most housing problems get worse when there is no record. A clear, dated record protects good tenants and makes it harder for anyone to twist the facts later.

Semptify builds tools for tenants:

- Know Your Rights Library — Plain-language guides to tenant law in your state. Facts only, no opinions.
- Document Storage — Keep your lease, photos, and receipts organized in your own cloud storage. We never store your documents.
- Preparedness Tools — Template letters, deadline trackers, and educational resources about court procedures.
