Semptify is privacy-respecting by design. We never store your documents on our servers. Your documents stay in your own cloud storage — Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive — under your control, under your account, under your terms.
What We Store
- Account metadata — Your role, storage provider, and session state.
- Timeline entries — Text descriptions of events (not the documents themselves).
- Journal entries — Your written notes and records.
- Verified facts — Sourced facts from our Context Engine (public law, not your data).
What We Don't Store
- Your documents — Lease, photos, receipts, communications — all in your cloud storage.
- Your files — PDFs, images, attachments — all in your cloud storage.
- Your OAuth tokens — Stored in encrypted server memory only for active sessions.
Your Rights
- Access — You can access your data at any time.
- Deletion — You can delete your account and data at any time.
- Portability — Your documents are already in your cloud storage — they're portable by design.
- No advertising — We never sell your data. No advertising, ever.
